These case studies often involved a variety of factors and typically didn't have a “right” or “wrong” answer. In fact, rarely did the entire cohort agree on the analysis of, or recommendations for a particular case. Rather, the discussions, while sometimes spirited, allowed for a thorough analysis of situations similar to those we may face in our organizations."
