The MS CIS Program is designed exclusively for working information technology (IT) professionals and the curriculum focuses on IT management. The 36 credit hour, 23 month program combines an on-campus residency (one week per semester) and distance learning. The curriculum and delivery format was developed with input from industry professionals and delivers immediately useful information. Further, the program is designed to allow IS professionals to complete the degree in two years without interrupting their career and job responsibilities. An extended semester format (21 weeks vs 15 weeks) reduces the weekly time commitment making the program viable for IT professionals in demanding positions.
